The networking and communication of the Homematic Smart Home System is carried out through a central control unit, which serves as the hub for all connected devices. The system uses a combination of wireless and wired communication protocols, such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and proprietary radio frequency (RF) technology, to connect and control various smart devices within the home.
